I’m on a journey to lose 70 lbs, and I am doing this with practical and achievable lifestyle adjustments. Through the blog I’m sharing the tips I pick up from my own weight loss journey, and from my studies as a nutrition consultant.
My goal is to support people just like me who have struggled to control their weight. I believe that education, not prescription, is the key to long term lifestyle change. What I mean by this is that it is more beneficial to provide people with the tools to design their own eating plans based on their lifestyles and tastes, rather than have them rely on restrictive meal plans or complicated diet systems,
Weight loss shouldn’t be a negative and stressful process, its about taking control of an important part of our lives, and making changes that ultimately make us happier and healthier.
